50th Annual Scientific Meeting for the International Spinal Cord Society
It is a great pleasure to welcome you all to the International Conference on Spinal Cord Medicine and Rehabilitation, which also is the 50 Year Anniversary of the founding of the International Spinal Cord Society (ISCoS). The meeting is to be held June 4-8, 2011 in Washington D.C., USA as a joint meeting with the American Spinal Injury Association (ASIA), who are having their 37th Annual Scientific Meeting. It has always been a very fruitful meeting when ISCoS and ASIA join forces to create the best possible scientific programme for everyone to attend.
In the Anniversary year of ISCoS it will be even more interesting with several high profile presentations, as well as workshops. Further, we will be able to benefit from the pre-meeting conference, The State of the Science in SCI Rehabilitation presentations, and during the meeting suggestions for a New Research Agenda. Our local hosts, The National Rehabilitation Hospital in Washington D.C., will provide information about all the exciting things to do in the city and area before and after the meeting.
